Privacy Policy

Punctual is a menu bar utility that counts down to your next calendar event. It is designed to process everything on your Mac.

What Punctual accesses

• Calendar events (with your permission) — read locally via Apple's EventKit to display countdowns, meeting links, and agenda text. Event data never leaves your Mac and is not stored by the app.
• Location (optional, with your permission) — used to estimate travel time to in-person meetings. Route calculations use Apple's Maps services under Apple's privacy policy; Punctual itself does not store or transmit your location.

What Punctual does not do

• No accounts, no sign-in.
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind.
• No data collection, storage, or sharing with the developer or third parties.
• No network connections except Apple's Maps services described above.
